With digital doctor's appointments, TeleClinic allows you to focus on recovering in your own bed when you are ill, rather than having to sit in a waiting room.
It is particularly convenient that the sick note is available directly in the app. It is also a relief that the prescription can be sent to a pharmacy of your choice.
It's quick and easy to speak to a doctor. For any future reasons for using telemedicine, I will definitely use TeleClinic again. Thank you!
I particularly liked the fact that it took less than two hours and I had my prescription, including app download, registration, login and doctor contact. Thank you very much!
Great. Super easy, no fuss. It saves a lot of time and hassle around doctor's appointments. I'll be using it more often now.
You don't have to leave your bed when you're already feeling unwell, and you don't infect anyone on the way to the doctor or in the waiting room. I think that's great!

Illnesses Guide
Our guide provides information on a wide range of illnesses, their symptoms, causes and treatment options.
What is an illness?
An illness is defined as a disruption of physical or mental function that subjectively or objectively impairs well-being and/or performance.
In most cases, an illness is accompanied by symptoms, i.e. certain complaints or characteristics, which can vary greatly from one illness to another.
Illnesses often require treatment, therapy or care. However, some illnesses can also heal without treatment.
Illness categories
Illnesses can be divided into categories based on various criteria.
Scope:
Illnesses can be localised and affect individual or multiple organs, organ systems or the entire organism.
- Organ disease
- Systemic disease
- Multisystem disease
- General disease
Cause:
Diseases can also be classified according to their causes. This is particularly important in terms of treatment.
- Hereditary disease (genetic)
- Infectious disease (caused by viruses, bacteria, fungi or parasites)
- Accidents or trauma
- Degenerative diseases
- Autoimmune diseases
- Tumour diseases
- Intoxication
- Etc.
Affected organs (localisation):
In many cases, the location of the disease can also be used to identify the relevant specialist area. However, it is often not possible to pinpoint the disease to a single organ, as several organs or even the entire organism may be affected.
- Lung disease
- Heart disease
- Kidney disease
- Liver disease
- Vascular disease
- Skin disease
- Eye disease
- Periodontal disease
- Etc.
Time course:
- Acute (begins suddenly)
- Chronic (progresses over a longer period of time)
Seasonal illnesses
Some illnesses occur more frequently during certain seasons. For example, people are usually more susceptible to certain illnesses such as flu and colds, but also depression, during the cold season. In spring and summer, on the other hand, there are more cases of hay fever or summer flu.
What is health?
Contrary to popular belief, health is not necessarily the opposite of illness. The World Health Organisation (WHO) defines health as follows:
‘Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.’
