What is an online doctor?
TeleClinic gives you the opportunity to speak to doctors from all over Germany online via video – wherever you are and around the clock, even on public holidays and at weekends. At the doctor’s discretion, you can receive prescriptions or sick notes via the TeleClinic app during a video consultation.

How does the online consultation work?
First, you submit your request to us via a questionnaire in the app. Once you have been accepted by a doctor, you must then join the online consultation at the agreed time. During the consultation, the doctor will take enough time to answer all your important questions and then, at the doctor’s discretion, issue you with all the important documents digitally in the TeleClinic app.
What does TeleClinic cost?
For those with statutory health insurance, the costs for the online doctor’s visit are covered by your health insurance. Simply enter your insurance information when you register – we will take care of the rest. Privately insured persons will receive an invoice as usual, which they can submit to their insurance company.
